Secure INGRES

Secure INGRES is a relational DBMS supporting Mandatory Access Controls on data down to the level of rows. It cooperates with the underlying multilevel secure operating system to enforce the mandatory security policy. NOTE:SEVMS 5.4-1 has not been awarded an evaluation rating, but SEVMS 6.0 has been evaluated to B1 by NCSC.

In addition to the Standard Discretionary Access Controls (DAC), it provides Security Auditing and Mandatory Access Control (MAC) features. When used in conjunction with an F-B1 operating system it is intended to provide security for systems requiring F-B1 functionality.
