Junos OS 18.1R3-S2.1 for EX4300 series Ethernet switches

The Target of Evaluation (TOE) is Juniper Networks, Inc. Junos OS 18.1R3-S2.1 executing on EX4300 Ethernet Switches. 

Juniper Networks Odyssey Access Client (FIPS Edition)

Juniper Odyssey Access Client is a software-only access client for wireless and wired 802.1X networks. The product allows supplicants to establish communication with a private network. IP packets passing between the supplicant and the private network are encrypted.

The TOE is Juniper Networks Secure Access Family Version 6.4 running software version 6.4R2. The following hardware and software components should be used in the evaluated configuration: TOE COMPONENT VERSION/MODEL NUMBER Software Version 6.4R2 Hardware Secure Access 700, 2000, 2500, 4000, 4500, 4500 FIPS, 6000, 6000SP, 6500, 6500 FIPS  

Juniper Networks IC Series UAC Appliances

The TOE is the IC Series UAC Appliances Version 3.0. The TOE is the central control point for Juniper Network’s Unified Access Control (UAC) solution. Users can contact the TOE with a variety of clients in order to request network access. The TOE authenticates users and retrieves the access policies for those users. It can rely on internal authentication tables or access external authentication servers. The TOE also assesses the health of a user’s host machine and compares it to the policies in order to determine the allowed network access.

Juniper Networks JUNOS for J-Series and SRX Series Platforms

The TOE is Juniper Networks JUNOS 9.3 for J-Series and SRX Series Platforms, which primarily supports the definition of and enforces information flow policies among network nodes. The routers provide for stateful inspection of every packet that traverses the network and provide central management to manage the network security policy. All information flow from one network node to another passes through an instance of the TOE. Information flow is controlled on the basis of network node addresses, protocol, type of access requested, and services requested.

The Juniper Networks evaluated products are integrated security appliances that control traffic flow through a network and operate as the central security hub in a network configuration. The appliances integrate stateful packet inspection firewall, virtual private networking (VPN), and traffic management features. All have hardware-accelerated IPSec encryption and very low latency, allowing them to fit into any network. Installing and managing the appliances is accomplished using a command line interface (CLI).
