The Australian Signals Directorate’s (ASD) Cyber Security Partnership Program, supports collaboration across Australia to strengthen our national cyber resilience.

We work with a broad range of organisations, including those responsible for managing network security for themselves or their customers, as well as academic, research and not‑for‑profit institutions with an active interest or expertise in cyber security.

Individuals and Australian businesses of all sizes are encouraged to engage with the program. Anyone with an interest in cyber security can sign up to receive alerts and practical cyber guidance, and some may be eligible for additional services through the Partnership Program.

Our Partnership Program is delivered through offices located in Canberra, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney, with virtual outreach services available to Darwin and Hobart.

Individuals

Individuals and families can subscribe to ASD’s Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) Alert Service, which provides real-time information on current cyber threats.

Sign up to the Alert Service

Businesses

Australian businesses and organisations that have an Australian Business Number (ABN), can sign up to our Business Partnerships Program.

This option is for organisations that are not eligible for the Network Partner Program, but want to receive important updates and information from ASD. These updates and information will provide a better understanding of the cyber security environment, and what actions can be taken to protect themselves from cyber threats.

Business partner inclusions
As a business partner, you will gain access to the following updates and information:

  • a newsletter every 2 months with recent news, publications and advisories
  • a subscription to our Alert Service
  • invitations to relevant and informative events.

By partnering with us, Australian organisations gain timely information to help keep their systems and networks secure.

Network partners

The Network Partner community consists of professionals from across government, industry, universities, research organisations and critical infrastructure. This combined technical knowledge and expertise allows both public and private sectors to support, educate, share insights and collaborate on shared threats and opportunities.

Organisations that are responsible for network security and have an active interest in cyber security may apply to become a Network Partner. To do so, an authorised representative from their organisation must sign a confidentiality agreement outlining how information is protected and shared.

Network partner benefits and inclusions
